Then they make a report of what the doctor said she needs. She is comfortable with the caregiver. We are satisfied with her. I hope that she will be able to continue with my sister. My sister has Wifi at home but she doesn't know how to use her computer to get her email, so they help her with the emails. Because she has problems with her back, with her eyesight, and with her hearing, they help her with all of that. The important thing is that the owner Howard S. is very gracious. Whenever an issue comes up that needs our immediate response, he calls us and spends time with us on the phone. He has also gone into my sister's house several times to check it out himself."

"We're using Elite Home Care for my mother. We wanted someone for four hours and the majority of the agencies were eight hours. We were able to get four hours a day for my mother, which was what we needed. I liked their flexibility. My mother likes to have a little companionship in the evening and showering. Washing up in the evening is when she needs the most assistance. The caregivers seem caring. My mother's content. It's just initially it was a little rough because many of them came from Brooklyn and were in Lynbrook, so it took a little while for them to get somebody situated during the week and the weekends. They're not consistent with the time every day, but they've gotten better because I spoke to them. However, they're not so engaging. My mother wanted them to maybe wash something in the sink and they're like, "We don't do that." There are very few things that they do. It's very basic."
