"ResCare has been very helpful. They always check on me to see if everything’s going alright. The caregiver is very good and very helpful. She’s always there and has helped me with anything that I needed her to help me with. She doesn’t say, “I don’t do this or I don’t do that,” but she just goes right ahead and does it. I could call management anytime and talk to her, tell her my concerns, and she gets right on it. I’ve been using them for about five years now. "

"ComForCare is wonderful. They help me with everyday tasks such as going to the grocery store and planning out meals. Julie assists with my meal prep two days a week. They even helped me with changing my cable service provider. My caregiver arrives a few minutes early on the designated days and always has a smile on her face. While I only utilize ComForCare two days a week, they are wonderful and extremely helpful. Thank you ComForCare for being there for me!"

"We have had issues with Genesis Around the Clock Care for two weeks, so we're trying to iron out some conflicts with their caregivers. I have no problems with the two caregivers I have now; however, there was one caregiver who was late and she wasn't familiar with working with dementia patients. The caregivers are doing everything for my father because he's bedbound. The staff at the agency is available at all times. She always responds to me whenever I reach out. However, I think it is overpriced for what they do. I like that the caregivers care about their patients. We had a snowstorm yesterday that started the night before, and the care person for that particular evening did not leave my father. She also came back this morning in the snow. I respect how she cares about my father even though she has only worked with him for two weeks."

"This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a health care agency. They left me hanging which I still am trying to find help. They did not show any professionalism starting texting me they were working on getting me help as if my job could wait on them. Please stop portraying yourself as wanted to be a reliable source to people when your actions show different. You knew you did not have adequate staff when they said they could. I'm very angry and fed up with lies."
