"I must admit that I chose this care provider for my wife as I wanted to follow the individual care provider who changed employment. I have dealt with 3 agencies in a 7 month span and quickly learned that it is the individual provider and not necessarily the agency itself that is paramount in looking for a care provider. All agencies appear similar,except for fee charges, and it really comes down to the individual providing hands on care that counts and the agency is secondarary. "

"We are currently a client of Visiting Angels. They're a recommendation from a friend who had used them previously. They are all wonderful people, from the owner down to the caregivers. They come in and they take dad to the store or any appointments that he needs. They help him with his daily chores, and they cook his meals. I haven't had any problems with them. If a caregiver has gotten sick or had an emergency, and if they can't find another caregiver to go in, the caseworker will go to his house and help him for the day. They excel at what they do."

"After my wife got diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, she required more hands-on care. She could no longer walk more than five feet without getting assistance. She was a fall risk. All Heart Home Care provided a caregiver who has years of experience with Parkinson’s disease. Also, on top of the caregiver’s professionalism she also kept my wife’s company. She was bubbly and full of energy. I could tell that my wife is in a better mood when the caregiver is around. I love my wife; we have been married for over 50 years. I am so grateful for All Heart Home Care for being there for us. Thank you."

"They were very prompt with my inquiry and they came over the very same day. They were very nice in a situation like this and I was very impressed by them. They showed a lot of concern. Their staff helped me with a little task one day and it was totally unexpected. I think they are just very good and dedicated to the idea of running their agency correctly. The original caregiver that they sent out, whom we liked a lot, had to undergo surgery and the replacement caregiver was very excellent also. In fact at one point in time, one of the girls came in the morning and the other one in the afternoon. The afternoon girl was the one who had surgery.The girl in the morning had her covered full shift and she continued with us and we're very happy. "
