Past customer as well lots of $$$ out the window Carelink provided in Hime care for Mom for 7 months daily the caregivers were inconsistent, on the phone & texting all the time, not timely, and allowed maggots to infest the garage. They did not provide the services requested and sent caregivers that were themselves disabled and elderly. They did not take feedback and did not follow the plan of care. They brought fast food into the home and left their trash. They slept on the job and no one ever supervised to make sure things were being done right. They spent more time on the phone working out schedules than caring for Mom. It is a sad excuse we refer to them as careless - they ran into the garage door, they busted the pipes by running outside hoses in the winter, they smoked even though non smoking requested, they did not always provide medicine timely or appropriate food w medicine & were untrained but got paid $$$ plenty. It's an unregulated sham.

My mother was a former client of carelinks. They constantly had no caregiver scheduled for my mother. They would call last minute and say "oh were sorry we have no one coming tonight.” There caregivers are lazy and uneducated. I would strongly recommend finding a different company to provide services for your loved one.

Carelink is flexible. They're able to adapt to our schedule, they are attentive to my dad's needs and they communicate well with their client. My dad has a home care provider who makes sure he gets in and out of the shower, helps him shave, fix meals, light housekeeping and makes sure he takes morning medicine or if they're there in the late afternoon, evening medicine. There was one who was with my father the longest. The thing that was unique was she could relate to him as a country person and he is 89 years old. She described him as a gentleman and it's something we don't see very much. There was just a lot of respect that she gave. She was just extremely caring towards him and mixed with humor in the right amounts. He just had a change of caregivers. The one that has been most regular is very good.
