"We have been working with Interim HealthCare of Madison, WI. It's only been for a couple of days, but we were very pleased with how responsive they were to our requests for information and with their follow- up in person with my sister. Also, they were able to start their skilled in-home assistants the day after my sister returned to her apartment and the non-skilled started the following days, so that's where we're at. They appear to be quite flexible in adjusting the level of care that they're providing based on our needs."

"My mother-in-law is using SSM Health Therapy Services. They're very efficient and they're very caring. They call the day ahead to let you know when they're coming. They're very good with their directions and the lady comes in and helps with the shower, etc., she's very pleasant. They're all very pleasant, friendly and professional. They do what they say they're going to do and they do it in a timely fashion. Their services are OT, PT, and nurse, and help us with bathing."
