"We used Right at Home for my parents' needs for a couple of months now. We needed them just for light housework and for putting them to bed. We chose them basically for the price and for what they could provide. The caregiver that we have is very knowledgeable, kind, and open, and my parents like them very much. "

"We used Providence Soundhomecare & Hp for my dad. I felt that I had 24/7 access to call. I had nurses that when I was upset or didn't know what to do that would come to my house at midnight or 3 or 5 in the morning. It didn't matter. If I felt like I needed something and it wasn't really resolvable talking on the phone and they could sense my stress, they would come out. They explained things better to us, helped us understand what was going on and the medications that were being used and why. I felt tha they were compassionate and sensitive. They were doing the very best and I felt that they sincerely cared about the patient and the family. They answered my questions thoroughly, they never put me down, or rolled their eyes that I'm calling again. They took all of my concerns, doubts, and fears seriously and they responded kindly with explanations on what was going on to help us calm our fears. They handled us very gently, but they were always available and they spoke to us honestly what everything was for. They were there when I needed them."

"We are using Assured Hospice of Centralia for my husband. We have had nurses come in and check him at least once a week. We usually had both an LPN and a nurse come in; it depends on the day. The main thing is that they have provided a wheelchair and a commode for us, which is greatly needed, and the assurance that if I have a problem with him falling or anything, all I need to do is give them a call. They have offered bathing help, but at this point I'm kind of doing it myself, just because it's kind of a personal thing for him and I'm still able to do it. As he continues to decline, that may be something I can call on. I just feel comfortable that I can call on them for anything I need day or night. They have been so pleasant, they call, and they check on us. We've had the chaplain come in, talk to us, and make sure we had everything we need. It's been a great service for me. I would definitely recommend them. Every one of them has been so pleasant."

"We used MultiCare at Home for my mother. They were absolutely fantastic, not just for my mom but for my wife and I. They went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. We could call them 24 hours a day. They went above and beyond. It took a lot of stress off my wife and I. My mother was happy with everybody that came. It was a very good experience for us. I would highly recommend them. The care providers were caring, genuine, sincere, heartfelt, and understood the situation we were in and mom was in. They knew that pain control was a big factor, and they made her very comfortable at home with the least amount of pain."
