"I was getting physical therapy and I had an aide from Perfect Care 24/7. It was fine. The agency was completely dysfunctional, but the aides were fine. I had to get rid of a couple of aides because they were bad. When my mom was sitting in a wheelchair, there was one aide who didn't lock it, and then had my mom stand up, which I consider to be very dangerous. The others were OK. They were not amazing, but they were fine. The management was terrible. If I call to change one little thing they mess it up. It's poor management."
