AFFINITY PEDIATRICS SERVICES THE GERIATRIC COMMUNITY!!!!! Affinity Pediatrics was created with the client in mind. Our number one priority is to deliver quality care provided by licensed professionals whose main focus is goal-centered therapeutic care delivered with compassion and professionalism. This cross over from the pediatric sector to the adult sector allows us to bring over 32 years or clinical expertise to our much needed geriatric community. Skilled Nursing Services will be provided in your home for your loved ones by an RN or LPN for the following medical complexities: CVL, TPN, CPAP, BIPAP, Ventilator Dependent, Trach Dependent, G-Tube Dependent, Oxygen Dependent, Medication Administration, Wound Care, Colostomy and Ileostomy Care, Neurological Disorders, Cerebral Palsy, Diabetes, Seizure Disorder, Paralysis, Wheelchair Dependent, Muscular Dystrophy ,Multiple Sclerosis and Lou Gehrig's Disease. Unskilled Support Services will be provided in your home by a Personal Care Assistant or Companion Sitter for the following functional limitations: Services include assistance with toileting, feeding, bathing, transportation services, doctor visits, transfer assistance, exercise, putting on clothes, bill paying, book keeping, memory care, companionship, along with many other activities of daily living. Additional training provided for all staff on: Stress Management, Communication, Memory Care Training, Ethics and Integrity, Documentation, Fall Prevention and Emergency Procedures. Safety for your loved ones: All RN'S and LPN'S are vetted thoroughly with a verification of clinical expertise, driving record checks, sex offender checks and a complete background check through the Department of Community Health's CHEX System. All COMPANION SITTERS and CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANTS are fingerprinted through the Department of Community Health. Costs: Our team will work with you to create a budget that will fit your needs. Coordination of Care: Our team will work with you and your loved ones to create a routine of the day to ensure consistency of care is being provided to your loved ones.
