We used VNA Home for a little while. They were fine. Some of them, he responded to more than others. They had young CNA's and older ones, but their communication was good. We had to have one person switched out; she was just a little too new for him, he took advantage of her, and we needed someone that could put her foot down. So when we expressed our concern, they switched us out and gave us someone older and wiser. So they were very good. Scheduling was fine, he was with us for a month, and then he went back to his apartment with an overnight aide, and they were wonderful because weekend he was here sometimes, sometimes he was there, and they would make changes at the last minute. The bills were a little confusing at first. They had some days wrong, and then I called them, they cleared it up, and it was all fine.
