Ms. Reginato's care philosophy is that the seniors are the clients and their wishes and needs are paramount. She has a knack for listening and brings a warmth and a sense of humor to her work. She reminds clients they are in control and she is not tied to the outcome, which allows clients to make decisions in their time. She specializes in facilitating family meetings where concerns can be aired and options discussed.
