I have had this nurse for a couple of years and she makes a bad experience better. She is upbeat and takes good notes. I feel like she takes my blood pressure too much but she comes with a smile on her face. It is refreshing since we have to spend three hours together. I have been lucky to have the same nurse through them and I am actually able to communicate with her directly through text message to set up the time. Next Monday I have an infusion and I texted her to work out a time. BrightStar Care had always called me prior to that leading up to the infusion to make sure I had my medicine and everything was on schedule. They have been on top of it.

They called quite a few times to set up an appointment, but I did not have the medication yet, so it was hard to set something up. I like that all the nursing staff is nice. They make sure I get taken care of when I'm supposed to. When I started my medication, they made sure they had nurses who started coming the next day. They come to my house to do my infusions so that I don't have to deal with the tremendous challenge of getting out of the house. The nurses get my IV on the first stick, which is good because I'm hard to stick.
