Circle of Life Hospice Home at Legacy Village

My husband used Circle of Life Hospice Bentonville for in-home hospice. I haven't heard from them since he died. Their aftercare and bereavement care were poor. All the nurse did was check his vitals. We had a lady come twice a week to help bathe him, but I always cleaned him. I checked his vitals every day, which they did three times a week, and she would order his medicine. I'm partially in a wheelchair, and they could have helped with changing the sheets, which the bathing lady did when I needed it. The social worker was nice and came out a few times, but I did the actual care all the way to the end. He had five days of respite care there, but he was very upset because one of the social workers came up to him and talked to him about how his life was going to end and it made him mad. They had one good nurse at the end who worked with him for three hours trying to get his pain level down.
