ZERO, ZERO, ZERO, ZERO, ZERO!!! Do not entrust your loved ones to these incompassionate un-care givers! My mother was a resident at Yuma Senior Assisted Living. I DO NOT RECOMMEND either place! The nurses do not return phone calls or update you on your family's conditions! They did not let me know of my mother's decline and acted as if 20 minutes was too much time for her family to figure out what to do with her body. Then, when the family wants answers, as to the sudden passing, they give you NONE! SAVE YOURSELF THE PAIN! As an RN I would never let someone die alone because I was too lazy to notify the family! Last, their grief chapels are a joke! No one should call someone and TELL them how they should handle the loss of a parent! You should be ashamed of yourself for letting my mother die with her family at her bedside!
