am leaving this one-star review based on my personal experience with this hospice and the lack of communication and compassion I felt my family received. For an entire month, I did not receive updates from the nursing staff regarding my mother’s condition or care. As a family member trying to stay informed and involved, I found the lack of communication extremely upsetting and felt that my concerns were not being taken seriously. After transferring my mother to another hospice agency, I was surprised by the difference in communication and attentiveness. I learned that my mother had experienced a urinary tract infection, yet I had not received a call or update from the previous hospice regarding this significant change in her condition. My experience left me feeling that the care team was not as engaged or responsive as I expected from a hospice provider. Families deserve timely communication, compassion, and the reassurance that their loved ones are being closely monitored and cared for.

I've had Hospice of Payson come out for my wife for a couple of weeks now, and it's been pretty good. They've been very reliable, and the caregivers have been very good, too. It's being covered by Medicare.
