My in-laws have in-home care from Cornerstone Caregiving -Tuscaloosa AL. They have it for three hours a day, three days a week, so nine hours. And they're working out very well. They go in and clean the house and they also help them if they need showers and baths. They get them ready for doctor's visits, too. They're very loyal as far as when we need a change or have to change up. This company has purposely built around our needs, and they have gone above and beyond what they should do. They jumped in and helped us get my in-laws to the doctor when they didn't have to. It was something that they did just out of kindness and that will always burn in my mind that this company's topnotch and above the rest. When they do something like that, it sticks with you, and it also sticks with my in-laws. They found a cleaner that comes in and does the cleaning. They actually work. They don't come in and sit down and play on their cell phones or bring a book to read like so many other ones did. It is just amazing. The work is getting done. My in-laws feel better, and they don't feel stressed. And that's what it's all about, is getting them to settle down to where they can relax and heal rather than getting up and doing things that might make them fall or lose balance. So, keeping them calm and knowing there are some people coming in to help is huge. The V.A. is taking care of everything, and we don't have to worry too much about the billing part of it. And then they have insurance on top of that. Yeah, so it's okay.
