Penrose Place was small, new, and cozy. I liked the one gentleman's apartment that they showed me. This place would be more economically beneficial for me. I just felt good and comfortable there. They had a common area where they could gather and do things. They had a TV, but you had to pay for the WiFi. They had laundry services. There were little shelves as we were walking by and they had little figurines. It was nicely decorated. The paint looked good and the carpet looked fine. Michelle was very friendly, bubbly, and helpful.
