Crossroads Care Center of Mayville

The rooms sizes are GREAT. Lots of room for visitors and if not they have rooms you can reserve easily. Management and Nursing staff are nice and come around. Yes, a lot of people for one nurse and CNAs and short staffed. I think that’s everywhere. The environment is nice. Floors are new. They have activities, Elvis, parties, crafts. Nice to mingle with others. Just to get out of the room. Food could be better. I saw people order in. I think it is nice.

The rooms are dirty my Husband had blood on his bed linen for a week paper garbage all over the room-The staff were the rudest. This a place that should be closed it has staff that wear badges one day says nurse next day the same person comes in with a badge that says "physical Therapy."

I went to Crossroads Care Center, and I thought it looked really nice. It looked updated with big rooms and big bathrooms. The staff was really nice and tried to help us the best they could. The dining area was very nice, they got it all, and they were playing card games when we were there. They had a guest room where you could have your visitors, there was a TV and stuff, and they had outside patios.

Mayville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has a very good therapy department for clinical rehab. Their nursing aides and CNAs are outstanding, and most of the people are real nice there. I'd recommend this for anybody. I stayed there for 3 months maybe. The rooms are fine. The laundry comes around every day, and you get your clothes back the next day. It's clean. If I have to be in a nursing and rehab situation, that would be my first choice.
