We had my mother-in-law at Evergreen Square in Milwaukee. I like that there was a manager and maintenance people on site 24 hours a day. It was very warm and cozy there, too, and my mother-in-law made a lot of good friends. They kept the place pretty clean; they kept up with that. My mother-in-law's building did have trouble with her elevator on and off, so that was a downside. For activities, I know they had cards and bingo and that kind of thing. They also had trips to the grocery store, which was very beneficial for her situation. There were washers and dryers right on their floor, but other than that, there was no weight room or anything like that. They did have a big activity room that you could reserve and use for your family parties, if you needed to.
