I like the cost and the amenities that Clare Meadows have. The facility is very clean and spacious. I like that they have underground parking and I also like that they have a luxury room that you can reserve for parties. They have an exercise area. Everybody looked very friendly and nice. The office people as well as the residents were all very nice. With the bathrooms, I like that they have grab bars in them.
