I visited this facility
The Trails at Salmon Creek was wonderful. Everything from, sitting down with the manager, Kelsey, she was a sweetheart. It was professional and clean. Kelsey was thorough and professional. They offer a full, senior-appropriate, workout room with your bikes for exercise. It's brand new. We saw the ADA two-bedroom apartment, that's not available yet, but the design looks like something we could live with. There's a couple of things they could improve on, like a pantry to put a few canned goods on. There's no storage for a few canned goods.

I visited this facility
The Trails at Salmon Creek is a very brand new place, and they are are still doing things in terms of providing different activities. Their facility was completely full, so I was not able to see a room. They did have a room layout. It was kind of a photograph of what the rooms look like, which was fine. I didn't need to really specifically see anything. The staff seemed to be well qualified in terms of taking care of people and not lacking the ability to communicate with the tenants. It's located in the northern part of Vancouver, near the university. They need to put a bigger sign outside because I drove by it several times before realizing where they were. Once you find it, it's a pretty easy place to get to. They really need to have something, a big arrow or something. They do have security, so when you're in your facility, and somebody has to get in, they can call you on the intercom. You can buzz them in, or they can call. It depends upon who's wanting to come and visit, I guess.
