Whitman Health and Rehab has been good to work with. The staff have been professional and personable. Communication has been somewhat difficult because with the current situation of having to make appointments to visit, they do not answer the phone or return calls. The family member in residence has been less than thrilled with the food but he has been complimentary about the staff and the care.

This is a horrible faciliyi! I was continually lied to about the about the health and well being of my loved one. She was never clean or well fed. The staff habitualy lied to me when I called. I was told she was sleeping or not accepting phone calls, which I later found to be not true. My loved one died there.. Stay away from this wicked facility!

Whitman Health and Rehab is the closest one to our house even though I have to drive 15 miles away. It is actually owned by the employees themselves. The place is clean and they have quite a bit of space around. The service and the food is very good. They're very lucky to have a good cook. They give my wife a bath, they watch all of her medications, and she gets the care that she needs. So I feel quite secure in having her there. We're very happy with it. I think they're doing a pretty good job.
