Our community is 62+, our average age is very diverse! Favorite activities include: swimming, hiking, cooking, quilting, reading, watching movies, games like bridge/peannucle/poker, billiards, weekly happy hours, knitting, painting, walking and listening to music/playing an instrument.
What places are nearby for independent living residents to enjoy?
So many places! Safeway is next door, Lowes is across the street. Costco, Target, Marshalls, Walmart, and Winco are all within 5 mins of driving. Seattle Premium Outlets, the RAM, and Chick-Fil-E are 10 minutes away. There are many restaurants, starbucks, banks and hospitals within minutes of the property. There is also a beautiful park on a lake - Gisberg Twin Lakes - with a nice walking path right down the street.

We do not offer transportation, but we do provide a guide book that we personally create and research with local transportation options to all residents when they move in.

We do not offer food services but do offer a guide book that we research and write specifically for our residents that provide information on ordering groceries/takeout/having meals delivered.

Pool/Hot tub, Fitness center, Workshop, Dog park, Raised garden plots, Family dining room, Guest Suite (rent per night for guests), Library, Business Center, Theater, Pickleball Court, Dilly Dally's Pub, Billiards and Card room, Craft room, Outdoor heated deck, BBQ area with outdoor kitchen, Game room
What safety features or security measures does Affinity at Arlington offer to independent living residents?
All exterior doors require key fob entry
If Affinity at Arlington accepts dogs or cats, what indoor/outdoor areas can they enjoy?
We love animals! Pets are to remain in a carrier or on leash at all times. Dogs can enjoy the dog park off leash because it is a designated area with a fence. Animals are not allowed in common areas like our craft room, etc. unless they are an ESA or assistant animal of some kind. Of course animals are allowed in hallways/elevators to exit and enter the building and they are allowed outside on the grounds as long as they are on a leash or in a carrier.
Does Affinity at Arlington work with an agency or registry to provide nursing and medical assistance as needed?
We do not at this time. But have resources/relationships to refer local agencies that could provide assistance.
