The Woodlands at Phoebus Apartments

The Woodlands at Phoebus Apartments is beautiful. I liked that they have events planned for the residents. Each individual apartment has a little cubby right outside of the door for you to have a place to identify yourself. You can put every season of the year, you can put Christmas stuff or Thanksgiving stuff. It's a playful place for you to put things that can identify your apartment and say hello to people. It's a nice little countertop right outside your door. They got game rooms and puzzle rooms on each floor. They have transportation available. Everything is within one building, including your mail. You don't have to go out to other buildings. Everything is all enclosed in one building, and you have to have a key fob to get in. So, you're safe inside one building. Every apartment has its own full size washer and dryer. They're not stackable. The staff that I dealt with was very interested in my life, and very personable. It's three miles from a Veteran's hospital, and also it's only ten minutes from the beach.
