This rehab is the most caring facility, my sister and I put our Mom in this rehab after a major abdominal surgery. All the nurses and directors are so very thorough and give you all the information. Rooms are nice and it is a very secure place.

My mother has used Chtaham Rehab twice in the past 2 years and if she every needed rehab again, I would not hesitate to to use it again. I have been recommending this facility for their rehab services since our first admission. The rehab rooms are all private with a private bath and a large sitting area with ample storage space as well as a TV and phone. I found the staff to be very attentive to any and all concerns I discussed with them. Yes, I had several concerns but once brought to the attention of the DON, they were addressed and corrected. The staff also called me when my mom had problems when I wasn't there. Dr. Shah, the medical director, was available by phone if the staff needed to contact him. Mobile services such as xrays are available so that my mom did not have to be transported to a hospital. Ladies have access to beauty shop appointments. The kitchen accomodates as much as possbile, all dietary restrictions.

Chatham rehab is very pretty and looks like it would be a great place. If a family member has to go here, you must NOT leave them there alone. There is not enough help, and the two Dr.s that come to the facility made statements that were not true. My Mother suffered because of lack of help, and did not get pain meds as promised by the Doctor. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Sad and terrible.
