Victoria Woods Apartments

I just moved into Victoria Woods Apartments. I really had a hard time getting a hold of anybody, and they were the only ones that were on their toes as far as my personal experience, and were always there to answer the phone. I am very impressed with it. They redid the carpet, repainted the walls, put a new dishwasher in, and put a new stove in. All the flooring was changed. Everything was immaculate, and it seemed to be a fairly quiet community. I don't hear any neighbor noise very much. There are some two-bedrooms upstairs. The entrances are all outdoor entrances. Most of them are one-bedrooms, and I don't think you'd want two people living in them, even a married couple, because the bedrooms aren't big enough for two people to get more than a double bed in there. I know that they played bingo on Friday afternoons. There's a pool. The landscaping is nice. You feel more like you're at home in a community instead of a commercialized place. I haven't had time to really talk to the staff since I moved in, but I talked to them quite a few times on the phone before. They have very few downstairs apartments available ever and I just happened to call at the right time. I'm handicapped, so I can't go up the stairs. It was a good fit. It's only a mile away from my house that I just sold. The staff is very helpful. They always answer the phone whenever you ask a question. I'm probably paying the top because it's income-based, but I would still give them a good rating of five.
