This place is kept neat and clean. The Manager is friendly and professional. The Maintenance Man is friendly and professional as well. He is literally Johnny-On-The-Spot when you need him. The building is surrounded by trees. It's like sitting in the Park on a hot Summer's Day. The Resident's are always polite and friendly. On a scale of 1 through 10, I'd have to give it a 12.

I have a grandmother who stayed at The Villa, and was treated horribly. The CNA staff doesn't know how to treat residents and it feels like a jail cell on the inside.
