My husband was in the Willis facility in March. I selected it because we have had bad experiences with the Rehab hospitals in Conroe. My husband was very pleased with the service, the food, and the therapy. He was there one month and had no negative feedback. He and I both experienced a friendly and adept staff. I really can’t say enough about our positive experience. I really believe that this facility is a hidden gem. If you need a Rehab hospital I highly recommend them. Donna J.

My Mother has been in this facility twice for rehab. The care was great and the staff was always attentive and caring. The rehab she received was excellent. they got her walking within a few short weeks when another facility couldn't! Although the facility is old, you have to look at the staff and how well they care for and about their patients!

I have a family member in Willis Nursing and Rehab He loves it there they have good Care and Activities the food is good to.

While there are some good nurses and other staff here, overall I would not recommend this place. My father has steadily declined, and has had numerous instances of falls, bedsores, and bruises from unknown causes. I'm met with "we found him in the floor, don't know what happened". It was clear that he was trying to transfer himself from wheelchair to bed or vice-versa, and there is never any staff around to help them. If a resident calls for help, the buzzer will just ring for long periods of time before any staff comes to help, and many times they're just sitting/standing around talking when the buzzer is sounding.

My brother is in Willis Nursing and Rehabilitation. We chose it because it accepts his insurance, and it is near his kids. I go there every weekend, and a lot of the staff has worked there for 20 years plus. My brother likes them. They are very nice, and I like them. Even though it is a much older nursing home and it definitely shows, they keep it clean. My brother is very picky, but he likes it there.

My recent experience with Willis nursing facility was quite pleasing. When I visited there I spent about two hours with my great aunt Emma. She has been at this facility for several years and has always talked very highly of all aspects of the staff, hospitality, and overall environment. The facility is in a quite part of town and is nestled in a country atmosphere. My visit was unannounced. The staff that I encountered was very professional and attentive to detail. This is a relatively small facility but is absolutely clean and orderly. All the nurses and and assistants were very caring and hospitable at all times. I could tell they were not putting on an act because my aunt Emma told me she would not move from there for anything and she is of sound mind medically. The restrooms and cafeteria are very easy to get to and the food is excellent according to my aunt and her friends who also reside there. I am so happy I got to see my aunt and so very happy she loves living there.
