I am a resident of The Fordham at Eagle Springs. It's a beautiful community. I like that it's clean, it's safe, and the residents and the people in the office are beautiful. The maintenance is on top of everything. You don't have to wait. Every time I've called in, they come the next day. The manager we have is very friendly with the residents. She's involved with the residents. She doesn't just sit in the office all day. She has different functions for us, and she's involved. I mean, I love this place. I would stay here, but when my lease is up, I think it's going to go up to like $1,400 a month, and I can't afford that. Compared to other places that I've seen, it gets a five. For what you get, the value, I haven't seen a place around here that compares because the apartment that I have here, everywhere else is going for like $1400 to $1500. And right now, I'm paying $995 on a special. They bring people in to sing for us. We play bingo and different stuff like that. It's just not my type of music.
