Before I went in, I called and spoke to Mr Dovalina. He explained the process because I wanted to take my mother who is 85 yrs old. I immediately saw that the persons already there were very happy and with the information and care I was receiving from Mr Dovalina I knew my mom would enjoy her time there. I called numerous times and my call was never returned. Finally when I called the last time and the supervisor actually spoke to me I got the 3rd degree just for asking some general questions of the facility. I was even asked where I worked when that isn't relevant to just get basic info like meal plans and cost. Then to really finish this up, I was told to give them my phone number because someone had just walked in. I mean, I am a potential client too and they made me feel like my business was not important. So I am going elsewhere!!!
