I was looking for a place to move my elderly Sister and have been looking for some time. We heard about Kings Reserve from her best friend, so we took a look. I cannot say enough about Christy , Sherrie, and the rest of the staff. We toured the facility and was very impressed about the whole place. The game room, the meeting rooms, and overall cleanliness of the community. Outside was very well kept. I knew from the past of people living here that it had been refurbished and it is very clean. We moved my sister in and she has been so happy. Thanks to Christy and the staff. They know the tenants by name and treat them like a family. A big thanks to all of them!!!!!1

We toured King's Reserve Dallas. What I like best are the washers and dryers, and the entertainment they have. They have a shuffleboard, a pool table, and a food stall. Everything is nice. The rooms were nice. They were clean and nice. They had a bingo night, too, but I haven't been.

I toured King's Reserve Dallas. The least I liked was because they were still under renovation, and I didn't have a very good idea of what the end result would be. The positives would be the location near the neighborhood Walmart, restaurants, and things of that nature that were within walking distance of the property. The staff showed me they had a washer and dryer in the apartment, which was a plus, and also had a swimming pool, which was a plus. The excellent young lady who showed me around was the property manager. She was very nice.

I toured King's Reserve Dallas. I like the people. I like the person who took me around. She was very, very good, professional, and personable. The people were friendly, and the location, the space, it's pretty typical, not overly generous, but with space. They all had small refrigerators. They're very spick and span and very well-kept.

King's Reserve Dallas was very, very nice. I had a very pleasant experience. They were welcoming. The place was clean, and the person who showed me around was very nice and thorough. The apartment was very, very nice, but it was a bit too small. That was their one-bedroom, but that was kind of like an efficiency, and my stuff would not fit into that. They have game nights and all that kind of stuff for seniors. I don't have any complaints about them other than that one-bedrooms are very small. The staff told me they had two-bedrooms as well, but since I'm on the housing assistance program, they would not pay for me being single for two-bedrooms. It appears to be quiet. The managers were very professional.

King's Reserve Dallas is nice. The people are nice. The staff members who assisted me were nice, too. The apartments and common areas were quiet and pleasant.
