My mother-in-law moved to Life Care Center of Gray. From my experience, the nurses have been very nice and helpful. She's in the memory care unit. They have a good security barcode entry to the door. So, no one can accidentally wander out or any of that. They gave us a code so we could visit and everything. The places are in great shape. There are no complaints there. They have it laid out like a long hallway with all their rooms. At the front, most of the residents hang out in the dining room, with plenty of tables, and they have another room that's kind of like a game room, TV room, and all that. My mother-in-law has made good friends with one already. I think the only thing that can be improved is cleanliness. The bathrooms could be cleaned a little more often or better. The staff, they've seemed very good with the residents, they've been very helpful, very patient, and they've been very great with us. They answered our questions and took the time. They inventory everything, keep a log of all that, describing everything and, not just rushing through it.

I will never recommend this place for a loved one or anyone for that matter! Yes the place is clean. Other than that, staff rude, PT, OT, a joke, nursing didn't care about me, because of my diagnosis. FNP, won't go there another joke! Thank God I survived to tell.

Life Care Center of Gray is a very warm facility. They seem very caring. The caregivers seem very concerned. The physical therapists, and the CNA are the only ones I’ve seen interacting with my husband. The physical therapists do everything they can to speed up his recovery so he can go to the assisted living. I feel that they are working very hard, and they are very concerned about him.

My brother was in Life Care Center of Gray. The rooms were very nice and clean. The atmosphere was very nice. The staff was very nice. I would recommend it because they are really nice. It is a clean facility. The staff that work there are caring people. The food wasn't all that great.

I visit the patients at Life Care Center of Gray and I have seen that there are some problems that could easily be fixed. The facility itself is nice and they do keep it very clean for the patients. I have seen that the laundry is an issue here, however. They continue to have problems with losing patients' clothing and more commonly, you find patients who have been given the wrong clothes when their laundry was returned to them. Several times I saw family members complain because their loved one was dressed in the wrong person's clothing.
