About Woodlake Village in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina
Welcome to Woodlake Village! This active adult 55+ community, of about 450 homes, is located in Murrells Inlet South Carolina, close to the beautiful seashore, lots of golf courses, restaurants, stores for shopping, places to go for culture and entertainment, and, of course, lots of activities with other Village residents. We have a centrally located Clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court, pickle ball courts and shuffleboard court for use of our residents. Our Social Committee helps organize and present a lot of activities for our enjoyment and we have a monthly publication to help residents keep abreast of things that are happening. Our Home Owners Association Board meets monthly. The Board's mission is to "Preserve the quality of life and equity value for our homeowners" by managing the HOA's business and properties in accord with its Covenants, By-Laws, Policies, Rules and Regulations.
