I'm on a waiting list for South Bay at Mount Pleasant. I was very impressed with the place, and I think it's five years old, and it's very, very clean. The girl I talked to knew exactly what she should have been telling me. I think she was from Penn State, a young lady. She was very knowledgeable, very nice. We were very impressed with her. The apartments are very nice, it's just a nice place. The apartments are up to like 1,900 square feet, which is huge, and you don't have to buy in, which is a big plus. They have everything there that you need. They have cards, painting lessons, exercise classes, and it was actually very close to an area which had restaurants and veterinarian care if you had an animal. We went to where lunch was being served, and it looked very good.
