My mother is currently at this facility in the Angel Oak area. This place is dismal at best. No dining room, residents/patients eat in the common area. The food I saw looked terrible, very low quality. There is a menu posted with food choices but did not see any of the servers ask what anyone would like to eat. The servers didn't even wear gloves. It's very noisy, mostly from the nurses aids that I found to be extremely inattantive and spent the majority of their time talking amongst themselves and/or playing music on their phones. One day there were 3 of them at the center desk filling out their LOTTO tickets!!! Most walk around looking at their phones. Saw almost NO intereaction with the residents. The rooms are TINY but easonably clean. The ONLY possitive was the physical therapist, he was great! Really showed a genuine interest in getting my mother more mobile. Check the states review of this facility, there were many issues that were reported in 2018. My opinion, stay away from this place. I am currently working on getting my mother moved to another facility ASAP.
