This place is horrible. They left my mother unattended for hours at a time. She was there for rehab. They also kept all of her clothes other than maybe two pieces and claims there never was any brought there. They will not replace her clothes unless we have receipts for everything. My mother lost several outfits and nightgowns. I would not send my worst enemy here. Do not send your loved ones this is a huge mistake. The rooms are old and outdated. The nurses had an attitude. The place smells as soon as you walk in the door. It hits you in the face the odor.

Whatever you do avoid this place at ALL cost! The place is just nasty it's dirty the care givers don't really seem to care. My mother was not able to eat by herself and I am sure that they were not patient enough with her Because she was there for a month and lost 20 pounds. The place smells like urine. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be many options for the Upstate of South Carolina But surely to God there is a better option

To us, Exalted Health was a great experience. It was a great atmosphere and everybody seemed to be pleasant. They built my dad back up. He couldn't already walk when he went in the door. Mentally and physically, he was having complications and he came out doing really well. The staff was real good to him. If anything were to happen out of the ordinary, they were real prompt to call the nurse and let us know about anything. It was a facility that had a monitoring system that if a door was open, an alarm would go off. Dad was down there on three different occasions and he's doing great from outdoing really good each time. He said if he had to go back anywhere, that's where he would want to go. He was very satisfied there.
