The Park at Hanahan

I visited The Park at Hanahan, a senior apartment. It was very nice, brand new, and clean. The computer room that people can supposedly come in and use is not up and going right now. They have a gym, too, but I also don't think it's up and running. They have elevators on every floor. You have to have a special pod -- I call it that but I don't really know what it's called -- that you have to wave in front of the buttons. It's gated, and you can drive into the parking lot, but you can't get into the building unless you have that particular pod. They do not have a staff or somebody there all the time. It's only at the first of the month that someone comes to collect the rent. If you need to talk to them, you have to call and leave messages and hope they call you back.
