Briarcliff Pavilion Health and Rehabilitation Center has very good aides. The nurses seem very caring. The food seems OK. My wife is in a 2-bedroom apartment with a bathroom. It also has closets and nightstands. It is adequate in size.

Briarcliff Pavilion is a lot better than the other places we went to or had my father in. I think the rooms are nice and comfortable. I didn't get to sample the food, but it smelled good. The staff members are all very nice and polite. It is nice and clean, and the staff is on it.

The caregivers are good - the administration is horrible. Be sure that you get all the information you need in writing. If you need to get a lawyer to review your papers I recommend it. They do not assist those who are doing this for a family member for the first time at all...

most of the staff is very good with the residents, although if you get a bad aide for the day it ruins everything. My father was there for two months and only had this problem three times
