My mother is in Broad Mountain Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for rehab. The staff is okay. We brought lotion for her feet and we didn't write on the bottle it was for her feet, so they were putting it all over her body and used it up double time. So, this time I bought two and when I gave it to her, I wrote on it "for feet only" a couple of times, so it won't be overlooked. I haven't seen her room, but from the outside it's very well kept. It's a building with a nice entry. There's a side entry where I hand them the stuff for my mother, and it's not for actual people to go in, it's just for workers to go in, and they have a doorbell. I believe she's getting well cared for, and she has a nurse that pays attention to her.

My father-in-law was in Broad Mountain Nursing & Rehabilitation for appropriately a month. That was very nice. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were nice. It was terribly clean. I was very impressed with how friendly the staff was, and they keep you informed very well. I would recommend them to anybody.
