That place is a joke. They treat the residents like dogs and they do not get the care that is needed. The rehab they receive also does no good and when they do get rehab the residents are subjected to hours and hours of rehab they come and get that certain person numerous times a day and wear the resident out til they pretty much have no energy left or there pain level is so high from over excercising. The employees are constantly rude to residents and to one other. Employees there get no respect what so ever from anyone. The residents there are very rude to employees as are employees to the residents. The rooms are flithy and very unorganized. They do not follow procedures in any sence of the word. The food taste horrible and is the same thing time after time no variety what so ever. Do not take your family, relatives, friends to this facility they will not be treated with any respect and what the employees go through from the management makes it a hostile place to be.

The staff was not very friendly and it was difficult for my grandfather to get the care he needed. He was often neglected for a long period of time and was not fed on a regular schedule. Cleanliness of the location was also a concern. It seemed as if they did not have continuity with their staff and had issues with staff quitting all of the time. Before he passed away, the staff seemed to be getting better but still had room for improvement. Grief counseling could also be improved.
