My father is in Coast Fork Nursing Center. I was there at night for a short time, and I was there yesterday for about a half hour, so I don't have a whole lot of experience with it, but it seems clean, and I have no real complaints. He's got good security. The staff is good. They were right there. The room is fairly small and it's shared with another patient there. But, it's plenty good for what he needs right now. It's got a TV on the wall. The desk isn't very far away from where he's at. It's fairly small, and they tend to their patients well.

The facility was always clean, never smelled bad. The staff was friendly, caring, and available. Every one that took care of my mother was very competent, caring and responded to her needs.

The rooms are large and well decorated. Housekeeping is excellent. Food is good with attention to a well balanced meal. Staff are friendly, caring, knowledgable and seem to love their jobs as well as the people they care for. Activities include outside activities as well as inside and also bus rides into the community. Facitity in one level with easy access to all rooms. Care plans are posted for fanily to review, and meetings are scheduled to review progress and plans. The residents comfort and care are always the top priority.

My Dad has been in this facility a couple of times. The first time I felt he got very good care. The second time, not so much. Their rehab department is very lacking. I would not recommend them to anyone.

My mom just spent 3 weeks at Coast Fork Nursing Center. From the first day, I was extremely impressed with the care she received. Every staff member showed much tenderness & compassion. The nurses & aids were exceptionally quick to see my mom's needs & get help for her. I felt very confident in their oversight of my mom's medical situation. I would & have been recommending them to everyone I talk to!
