My grandmother was living in this assisted living facility for approximately two months until we moved her to another location that could better provide for her and her individual needs. Upon visiting the facility with the director of nursing prior to her actually living there, we noticed many of the residents were unattended, and were in need of assistance. Upon asking about this, the Director of Nursing explained it away. After my grandmother had moved into the facility, we noticed that when visiting, she was complaining that she was not getting the help she needed, and with the surgery that she had prior, the help was necessary in order for my grandmother to bathe, get dressed and eat on some occasions. I also was aware afterwards that the employees were not fully trained on how to care for someone in my grandmothers conditions. The facility was not clean, the faculty was not professional, which lead my family to immediately remove my grandmother from this facility and to put her in one that better suited her needs. After a few months of rehabilitation, she is well and living back in her home. Thank you.
