I have been at the senior apartments of Sugar Grove Square to take a tour. I left off my application, so I'm on their waiting list. I chose it because the price is right. They're $980 a month, and that includes utilities. The staff is very personable and answers all your questions. There's a large community room where you can gather with other residents and do things. There's also a large outside area. The furniture and maybe the apartments are a little bit dated, but they are clean. The residents get together, and they play their own games. The person who gave the tour took her time with me. She didn't rush me through anything.
