Corporate does not do needed repairs until you threaten to sue. They do no preventative upkeep except for replacing furnace filter. Everything is repaired haphazardly by people who don't know what they are doing, and we are left with the fallout. They will not pay for any repairs until they have hired the cheapest people in the world. Also, lets not talk about all the green mold growing all over the outside front and back....again....their priorities are the money....nothing else.

I liked Lake Towne Senior Villas. It's a senior community. The villas were nice and I wanted it. I put in the application for it and everything, but the lady who runs them was on vacation and someone from another complex was taking her place when I did it. When she came back from vacation, she told me they go by income, and my income was a little bit too much for theirs. It was very nice. I wanted to live there. I did. That was my first choice. It's strictly little cottages, little villas to rent. That's all it is. There's no community. They had like a room where they might get together for something but it was not set up for -- they didn't have a kitchen where you cooked in. They might have potlucks or something. They have a little community room. The only nice thing was everybody had their own garage and their own patio.
