"This is an awesome facility with very caring staff. The patients are happy and very well cared for. Facility is the cleanest long term care facility I have ever visited and there was no hint of odor. Customer service was 5 star from the time I entered the front door until the time I left. All of the staff was interacting with the patients and made it a point to include me in all of the activities taking place that day. I really felt like part of the family. After my visit, I knew this is where I wanted to place my loved one for their rehab services! "

"I have a relative in this facility and I'm going to try my best to get them out of there. I understand if you are shorthanded, but the patients still need to be taken care of. If a patient is hollering for help and you are sitting at the desk listening to them without even moving, I have and issue with that. All you can say if "what they want now". That's cruel. When you call, they will transfer you and no one will ever answer. I'm just going to keep praying so things can work in my favor."
