My mother in law has been in this place for a little longer than 3 months and I have to said this place stinks is dirty, the stuff is terrible they are not humanitarian. My mother in law broke her hand and they didn’t know, until 3 days later when her son visited her and saw her wrist swollen. Now she has been running with fever she has difficulty to breathe and they are not taking the care she needs.

STAY AWAY! This place is dated, with minimal updates and smells terrible. The elevators never work, and if they do, employees usually hold them for transport of meals, supplies, etc. Use of stairs is not an option, didn't feel safe visiting. This is the type of place you see in horror movies. Some staff are nice, but many turn a blind eye to quality heath care of residents. They never answer the phone, front desk employees are nasty upon visitation arrival. There is NO COMMUNICATION OR CONTACT WITH FAMILY ABOUT HEALTH OR WELL BEING OF RESIDENTS!!!! The director plays GOD by overriding physicians recommendations. THIS PLACE IS NOT FIR FOR AN ANIMAL!

The place smells like pee all the time. The 3rd floor is always dirty. Their common room is always disorganized or they have residents sleeping there at night. The staff is terrible. All of the good nurses are gone. They constantly lose resident’s belongings. Do not leave your family member here unless you truly do not care about them. They do not have any interacting activities for the residents. The wallpaper has been peeling off for years. The administrators are so unprofessional and do not care about anyone but themselves. Do not send your family members with nice clothes or items because they will disappear.

I've heard about this place in the past and I wasn't impressed. When I found out my father was going there I was a little concerned. To my surprise an entire Administration took over. I was blown away. New employees and new renovations. The rehab staff was unbelievable with my dad. Even though it is a Kosher facility, everyone worked with me to make sure my dad got the right meals he wanted and was taken care the right way. His social worker assisted him making in making sure his transition into the facility was very comfortable. I was very satisfied.

My aunt has lived at his facility for 8 years. The staff is great. They know her on a first name basis. At first it was hard to decide that we wanted to put my aunt is a nursing home. After speaking to the Admissions Team and the Administration office we could not feel more comfortable. I visit my aunt 3 days a week and my sister comes at least 2. We always see my aunt busy either with recreation or rehab services. Recreation always takes an extra effort to make sure my aunt is involved in all their fun activities like fashion shows and holiday events. When deciding where to place her my sister and I also took into consideration that their corporate office is right on sight. If we ever have a billing issue or question about our finances, we can ask at any time. We are very content with our decision and I'm very glad we chose this place.

My Father was in this facility for almost 2 weeks, almost enough time for them to kill him! He needs medication that is necessary to live, he has dementia and is 94 so sometimes he refuses to take his meds, if he did, the Nurse would just walk away. My sister and I were there almost everyday, or at least one of us. The sign in sheet was very grim, most days there were only a few names on one sheet of paper for a 4 story facility that has 3 patients to a room! The place is very old, filthy, and in very dilapidated shape. The rooms and bathrooms are beyond filthy, and there are roaches running across the floors. The elevators are very slow, or broken down most of the time. When I would leave, it was hard to shake off the stench from the place that I felt was still clinging to me!! All of the patients are taken to a "Great Room" and dumped in there all day. Most or all have never been washed, and are sitting in their own excrement or urine. My Dad was never washed in the almost 2 weeks he was there, nobody tended to his bedsore, and NO pain meds were ever given! I don't know much about the food, only because, my father was barely fed, he couldn't eat because he didn't get his meds, and nobody would help feed him. The location is really handy and there is plenty of parking. I have never seen a Doctor there, there is 1 Nurse Practitioner who is beyond excellent, but he is alone to try and care for the entire facility. Because of him, my father is still alive.

My grandmother is here five years . Great staff who care about her. Most important is that she is happy which she is . Located off the highway

My grandmother has been here for the past four years. They have amazing staff and always make everyone feel welcome. I am allowed to take her out for days here and there. My family was very nervous putting my grandmother in anursing home but the staff here made the transition seamless. I would definitely recommend

My dad has been a long term Bridge View patient for six years. The staff has always been attentive to my dads needs. At home, my dad was falling all the time and not doing well. He now looks much better, gets out of bed and has not fallen in years. The staff always call immediately with any questions or concerns. The building is also ALWAYS clean.

Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. My mom was here for short term rehab after a fall. She went to therapy six days a week and within a few weeks was walking again. Staff always returns phone calls and easily accessible. They are very willing to help with insurance. There were a lot of activities so my mom wasn't sitting the hallway bored. Would definitely recommend this place

I would not recommend this nursing home to my worst enemy. The food is horrible and is geared for a Jewish population. Also I had a similar experience of my aunt falling out of bed and having to go to the hospital. She developed a cough which they didn't treat and with her history of atrial fibrillation and congestive heart failure was indiciative of a need to get her to the emergency department. They finally did and two weeks later she was dead. They didn't have the decency to let me know she was in the hospital until she died. No stars and rude staff.

My aunt, has been at Bridge View Nursing Home for a number of years. When I called to find out about her not could anybody find her but they said they had no record of her. I called back to speak to another nurse. Same result. Since then I’ve left voice mail for three of their executives, including the owner of the home. They seem incapable of returning calls.
