The residents are left alone to much. My father played in his urine and developed a bad rash.

Facility is immaculate. Food and dining area excellent. Care for my grandmother over two years was exceptional. She adored the birdhouses and center square wild flower gardens. Through her final days the palliative/hospice providers were honest and kind. I was very surpised with the focus of high quality care in such a rural area.

My experience there was in the kitchen, and I viewed much good and bad. The nursing staff was was very knowledgeable with there patients and their needs. The kitchen staff was not so good, they had little knowledge of cooking in large quantities or for patients with special needs. The rooms were also over crowded with 2 patients per each small room. However, the grounds were kept nice and neat. Beautiful landscaping.
