What I like the most about Centerville Court is that it's a nice area, and there are nice people who live here. I lived here before, and I tried to come back here, and luckily, I got this place. My apartment now is better than the last one I had, because I don't have any stairs. It's right on the first floor and it's perfect for me. The ladies in the office are very nice. There's a laundromat right across from the office. They have a grocery bus every Tuesday that takes you to Tops, and you're there about an hour, and they bring you back, and that's convenient. The staff is great. It's a mom and a daughter who take care of the office, and then they have a couple of handymen who do things around the grounds and repair things if something breaks. They're good guys, too. The apartments are nice. They're a little staggered. There are three second-floor apartments. Down here on the first floor, there are two. Then there's one that's not a basement apartment, but they call it a ground-floor apartment. It's pretty good. I think they're a decent size. They have a yard service where they come and mow everything. The gentlemen who are in maintenance keep the grounds clean. It's a decent place to live. It's quiet, which is nice. There aren't a lot of activities. We hardly have anything that I take advantage of because it's mostly games I don't know how to play, like Pinnacle and Poker. I went over in Christmas and they had a nice little Christmas party. A part of the community center where they had it was full. They have breakfast once a month on a Saturday morning.

Centerville Court is all individual buildings. They have no elevators. They have an extremely long waiting list. Everyone there is friendly, but it's not nearly as modern as the other facility. A lot of the things are old. The people seem to love it there because they don't move out. It's a family run, and it was very casual. The few people I talked to said that they enjoyed it there. It's not extremely accessible. Even the people who are living there have to go on a waiting list to move to a more accessible one. They have an outdoor patio. They have apartments for people who are hearing impaired, so that's kind of nice.
