Fairfield Knolls East is our newest premiere Ranch, Duplex and Villa style Rental Townhouse community for those 55 years of age and over. Knolls East joins our two sister locations: Fairfield Knolls North At Port Jefferson and Fairfield Knolls South at Coram.

We have designed this newest rental townhouse community exclusively to provide you with resort style amenities, the spaciousness of a house and the convenience of condominium living!

Each private entry townhouse features two bedrooms with two bathrooms, large closets and terrace. A remarkable gourmet kitchen with Tuscany-style kitchen cabinetry, state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and ceramic tile floor.
