Alpine Manor Home for Adults

My aunt has moved into Alpine Manor Home For Adults. It is out in the country, and she likes the country. It is still in the same area where she grew up. From what I've seen, it is a very nice community with very nice people. They run a very good and very caring business. I have been pleased with it so far. I have no complaints. I would give the staff a rating of 5 because of their care and their activity director. There is always stuff to do that engages the adults. The residents can smoke there outside, so that was a big plus for my aunt because she is a smoker. You don't get too many of those facilities that offer that as an option. Blood labs come to them to draw blood. Physical therapy comes to them. So it just makes it really easy for the other family members. The staff members are loving, attentive, and helpful. It's very clean. They come in and do the residents' laundry once a week. They make their beds every day while they're eating breakfast. Cleaning the restroom is a scheduled routine. The common room areas are very nice. There is leather furniture. They have a hairdresser who comes in and does the residents' hair. It is a really nice facility out in the country. My aunt has only been there for less than a week, but I know they do hair, nails, music, arts and crafts. It is completely reasonable to stay there.

I toured Alpine Manor Home for Adults. It was very nice. The apartments are clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I have no complaints. There's nothing that I didn't like.

I am a resident of Alpine Manor Home for Adults. My experience is good, and this is way less expensive than the other facility. In the afternoons, we always have something going on. We have a person in charge of activities, and we do everything from playing bingo to listening to music. We have these crazy instruments that we play. It's a lot of fun. We do a few things for exercise. We played games and cards. There's a good amount of things to do. They clean your room every day. There's a lot of gardens out there, so we get a lot of fresh food out of that in the summer, and it's better, but there's a lot of processed food and stuff.
