My mom is now at Evergreen House. I chose it because there are only six residents, and she gets more one-on-one care. She exercises every day, and they eat their meals together. They just entertain them. The food is wonderful. Everything is excellent. It's very homey. It's just beautiful. My mom shares a room. They have somebody come in once a week to do her hair and nails. They drive her to her doctor's appointments. They just treat them so wonderfully. For this Friday they did pizza and root beer floats and just tried to snap them out of the winter blues. They just do fun things with them. The place she was in before was the most awful place in America. It was terrible, terrible, terrible, and we were so happy to find this place.
